155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

i scaled it down to 95 lbs and then felt like a sissy when i looked at the comments on the main page. o well. i finished in about 17 minutes. it was my 3rd workout for the day...

i almost stopped because the lunges hurt my knees so bad. but after 14 minutes i was smoked and it felt great

felt super strong after the 120. i think i can go up, but i didn't try then in case it was overconfidence. had a little rage to fuel me today, so that helped me push up hard.
