Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

i scaled it down to 95 lbs and then felt like a sissy when i looked at the comments on the main page. o well. i finished in about 17 minutes. it was my 3rd workout for the day...
