Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

rd 1: 26-16-23-10-8
rd 2: 23-14-23-8-6
rd 3: 21-12-20-7-7
total: 224

i chose to do Wed. FGB today instead of today's WOD because 1)i was looking forward to FGB then, but wanted it to be a rest day before my APFT 2)i went on a hour and a half run with my roommate bobby this morning and today's WOD calls for running.

compared to my other FGB's this is actually my worst one. however, i paced myself the best on this one and rarely stopped for breath.
