Yes! Dug deep physically and memorywise to complete Taeguk 1 Jang, the first basic form of TKD.

umm, maybe we should clarify...taeguks are not self defense moves in and of themselves. i think you asked me to teach you self defense, of which i only remember one or two moves. so, next time we meet i'll show you those two. thanks for the ribbin'.
