warmup

3 rnds of:

75-140 jump rope
15 crunches
10 back ext subs

a good workout w/o making me sick and I think I'll be able to go to work tomorrow w/o grabbing on to the hallway walls.

just waiting for Patrickman and NathanDude to drink the kool-aid. Maybe even the whole family.
