55 lb DB 12x 1st rd., 11x 2nd rd, 2x 3 rd.
50 lb DB the rest


feel like i've got kipping down (won't yet say mastered).

looking forward to all the ice being off the sidewalks and roads so i can run outside. i also need to buy new running shoes.
