happy easter!!

did the first 2 reps with 95 lbs

then 2 with 100

finished with 105


wanted to continue my running training for the APFT so i ran 2 miles: just under 15 min. which gives me a goal of shaving 2 minutes off my time before my board review in a few months. doable...
